FAQ

Tags Trade (“the Company”) will enter into a contract for the supply of goods and/or services bound by these terms and conditions, which shall prevail not withstanding any others accepted as a custom of trade or incorporated in any order by the purchaser (whether written or oral and irrespective of dates). Unless a variation of these terms and conditions is accepted and signed by a director of Logger Clobber Ltd.

A. Orders have a minimum carriage paid order value of £85.00 or a £7.00 delivery charge will apply.
B. Delivery shortages, damages or any mis-delivery of goods of any kind must be notified in writing within 48hrs of the delivery.

All faulty goods must be reported in writing within 48hrs of the delivery. Please quote the product code, date of purchase and full details of the fault. Just stating ‘faulty’ is not acceptable. Please detail any faults so that the manufacturers can be made aware of any problems, particularly if there is any question of safety. Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if they are genuinely faulty or not fit for the purpose for which they were intended.
Tags Trade will try to be as helpful as possible and appreciates your co-operation in providing full details of any fault.
Claims for goods that are not faulty and are returned to us for no valid reason may be
rejected. No returns will be credited if the Returns Policy has not been followed.
